History
In 1971, Dave McLaren opened Climate Control Systems as a professional heating, air conditioning and ventilation service provider. Originally servicing Park Forest, the company grew as its reputation for being honest, reliable and knowledgeable spread through the surrounding neighborhoods. Dave went out on the service calls while his wife, Willa answered the phones and made the appointments. As the years went by, their son Gary grew up in the family business, learning the trade from his father and several other skilled technicians along the way. Together they developed one of the most reputable HVAC service providers in the South Chicagoland Area.
When Dave was ready to retire, Gary took over the company and relocated to Frankfort continuing its legacy of honest, reliable, knowledgeable workmanship. He increased the service standards and education for the technicians, making Climate Control Systems a household name and a recommendation your neighbors are happy to give. For many years the company motto was "We did your father's house." Perhaps we have done yours. After 50 years, we have taken care of many generations of customers and they continue to trust us to take care of their needs.
