If there is a rating higher than 5 stars, these people are so much more than deserving of it. We had called them to have our furnace checked for winter and to take care of anything that we may need concerning maintenance for the upcoming year. Not only were they out within a couple of days, but everything we needed to be done was taken care of perfectly. Not only can we thank them for being the people they are, the way they treat their clients, but for the serviceman, Paul, who was here to oversee all that needed to be done, & without a doubt one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Had a service inspection on heating and cooling system and certification for sale of a residence. The service tech was prompt and knowledgeable. Checked the entire system inside and out and also checked my wall furnace. Spent extra time to make sure all is working correctly. I have been very satisfied each time we call for service.

Our furnace went out on Tuesday evening. We called Climate Control at 7pm and they had the tech at our house in an hour. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained our situation and it was determined we needed a new furnace. The owner was at our house the next morning and explained our options. The next morning his crew was here to install 2 new furnaces. The crew was great and had us up and running by the end of the day.

Circuit board fried;, Our regular HVAC man is currently recovering from an illness, but recommended Climate Control as professional and knowledgeable. Based upon his recommendation, I contacted Climate Control. "Paul" was prompt and courteous, Diagnosed and repaired the unit quickly.

I will only use Climate Control for my HVAC needs. Whenever I have ever had an issue, they are at my residence in timely fashion and get things fixed right away. Excellent work! I wish I could rate 10 stars. They diagnosed that my blower motor was burnt out very quickly and even identified a small crack that was leaking a small amount of carbon monoxide. My furnace was 30 years old so I decided to get a new one and they had it installed the very next day. Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Gary, the owner, is one of the most helpful people that I have ever met.

My water heater went out and needed to be replaced. Called Climate Control Systems and they came out the same day to see what was needed. The next morning they came and replaced my water heater! The guys did an amazing job! Service does not get any better than this!

After a spotless cleanup, I was given a tour of what was done both inside and out.
After that we went over a complete checklist of what was done.

I had several companies come out and assess and quote. Our a/c had gone out in 95-degree, July heatwave. I got quotes on just central air and central air and furnace, as our furnace had just celebrated its 20th birthday. They were the easiest to deal with. Other companies had sent out a sales rep, who of course gave the line we're really backed up, but if you sign today, we can fit you in soon. The Climate Control Systems owner came out and looked at things, no pressure and $800 cheaper for the full install of both. Crew was on time, professional and finished in about 5 hours. No issues on anything and cleaned everything up.

I have been using Climate Control for many years. I love that twice a year they come out clean and service my AC and Furnace. When I first stated I learned I had been using the wrong furnace filter in fact I needed fiberglass for my particular furnace or my humidifier filter needs to be changed once a year. They have made my dinosaur of an AC unit last by continuity maintaining it properly, I know she’s on her way out soon……Being in the Midwest I am very happy to have Climate control come out twice a year, I trust their service, repairs and their customer service is wonderful.

Excellent service. Climate Control Systems, did a wonderful job. Our air conditioner and furnace are original to the house, when we moved in over 30 years and it was time for an upgrade. Gary, the owner, was wonderful and explained everything very clearly that was needing to be done. He was very friendly, honest and the estimate was well detailed so you understood everything that needed to be done. He even gave us prices for only replacing one of the units, and they offer financing if you need it. Gary recommended a furnace and air conditioning system, that is made for our tri-level house in the Square. We ended up replacing our furnace, air conditioner, all the pipes that go to the furnace, as well as a new upgraded high-tech digital thermostat (The Ecobee, which we just love). They even installed a rubber pad under the air conditioner to help with vibration of the unit over time, and the new furnace has a slot on the side to make it easier to replace the filters. No more opening up the machine, to replace them. His team also made sure that other things in our furnace room were up to code with the township, for the chance if we were to ever have to move. I loved that the technician that installed everything, had 2 apprentices with him, and he was very patient with them, explaining and teaching things as they installed. I understand that all of their staff have been with them, for a long time, and that says a lot about the quality of the company that you are dealing with. I highly recommend them. They do excellent work, and are very knowledgeable. We give Gary and his team at Climate Control Systems 5-stars.

Had a gas leak and Nicor shut off my gas during this cold winter. Had someone out to fix the multiple leaks within 30 minutes. Had my gas turned back on with no leaks detected!! The whole process was quick. Didn’t go too long without heat.
